International Orders & Customs Duties Policy

For all international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout. Customs fees are applied when your order enters your country and are required to release the parcel for delivery.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary from country to country.

If customs fees are refused or unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, shipping costs will not be refunded.
